At ARIXON, we work to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery typically takes approximately 8-20 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $25.

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after shipment.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at arixon.brand@gmail.com and include your order number.

DELAYS

ARIXON is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect delivery information, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Depending on the destination, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be reshipped.
